Word 2011 users can delete a comment either by right clicking on the comment box and selecting Delete Comment option or using Delete Option available as part of Review menu. Comments section also provides option for navigating between the comments in the Word documents. The comments appear in the margin of a page along with date and time. But in sharing documents, you may want to remove personal information. Word offers a tool to help you remove the date and time and other properties from a document's comments. Since Word for Mac 2011 supports macros you should be able to automate this by placing all your documents in one folder and running the code below.
